Digestive Fire Porridge
Starting the day right by fueling your digestive fire. Ingredients 1 cup of Rolled Oats 3 cups of Water 3 tbsp chopped Fresh Ginger 1/2 tbsp Tahini 1 tsp Ground Cinnamon 1/2 tsp Ground Nutmeg 1/2 tsp Ground Cardamom 1/2 tsp Ground Fennel Seeds 1/2 tsp Ground Cloves Pinch of black Pepper Method Place all ingredients into a pan and simmer for 5-8 minutes, or until desired consistency.
