If, like me, you LOVE chocolate, then this recipe is absolutely for you. This recipe is delicious but also extremely healthy and nourishing for the body. The combination of spices and a good dollop of healthy fat make the drink so creamy and comforting.
Ingredients: 300ml of unsweetened Soya Milk 1/2 tbsp Tahini 2 Medjool Dates (pitted) 2 tsp Cacao Powder 1 tsp Ground Ginger (Add more or less depending on spice tolerance) Pinch of Cardamom Pinch of Cinnamon
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until dates disappear and a smooth consistency. Place mixture into a saucepan and heat over a medium heat. Stir continuously, I use a whisk, the milk should bubble a little, this will create a nice thick foam on top. Once the milk is warmed pour into your favourite mug, sit down, relax and enjoy!
