Peanut Butter & Berries on Toast

Ingredients 2 slices of Wholemeal Bread toasted 3 tbsp Peanut Butter 2 tbsp Berries (your choice) Pinch of Cinnamon Pinch of Ground Allspice Pinch of Nutmeg 2 Brazil Nuts (Finely Chopped) 1 -2 tsp Chia Seeds

Method Toast your bread. Once toasted add your peanut butter, then sprinkle with cinnamon, ground allspice and ground nutmeg. Add your berries and mush slightly. Top with finely chopped brazil nuts and chia seeds. This would work well with any nut butter. Enjoy! Please find nutritional information below.
